Privacy Policy

The short version: we do not keep your artwork. It is processed in memory and never written to disk. The stitch file and its preview are stored for 48 hours so you can download them, then deleted automatically. There are no accounts, no passwords, and no tracking or advertising cookies.

What we handle

The image you upload. Held in memory for the length of the calculation and never saved. When the job finishes, it is gone.
The stitch file and preview image we produce. Written to disk so the download link works, then deleted after 48 hours by an automatic cleanup.
Job records — an identifier, status, timing, stitch counts and design size. Deleted on the same schedule.
Your licence key and how many downloads it has used. Kept while the key is valid, so we know what you paid for.
Your IP address, used to limit how many designs one visitor can queue at once, and recorded in the web server's access log. Those logs rotate and are overwritten.

In your browser

We store your licence key and last used width in your browser's local storage, so you do not retype them. That never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it. We set no tracking cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts.

Payments

Payments go through Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record. We never see or store card details. What we receive from them is whether a key is valid and what it entitles you to.

Where it runs

The service runs on a single server in the United States (AWS, us-east-1). Email sent to our address is forwarded by Cloudflare.

Your rights

Most of what we hold deletes itself within 48 hours. For anything tied to your key, write to hello@converttostitch.com and we will tell you what we have or delete it.
