Refund Policy

If the file does not work, you get your money back. Write to hello@converttostitch.com within 14 days and say what went wrong. No form to fill in.

Why we can be relaxed about this

You see the full stitch preview before spending a download. That is the whole point of the free preview: you should never pay for a design you have not already looked at. So refunds should be rare, and when they are needed, arguing about them is not worth anyone's time.

What counts

The file will not open on your machine or in your software.
The file does not match the preview you were shown.
You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy.

What does not

Designs stitched far below the recommended size, where the tool warned you on screen that fine detail would be thickened.
Results caused by your stabiliser, hooping, thread tension or fabric choice — real variables, but not ones the file controls.
Unused downloads on a key you simply changed your mind about, once you have started using it.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used. Their processing time applies — usually a few business days.
