The service is currently free. Nothing is sold right now, so the parts below about purchases, keys and refunds do not apply yet. If paid plans are introduced, the site will say so before anything is charged, and files you already downloaded stay yours.
If the file does not work, you get your money back. Write to hello@converttostitch.com within 14 days and say what went wrong. No form to fill in.
You see the full stitch preview before spending a download. That is the whole point of the free preview: you should never pay for a design you have not already looked at. So refunds should be rare, and when they are needed, arguing about them is not worth anyone's time.
Cancel anytime and you will not be charged again. If you forgot to cancel and have not downloaded anything since the last renewal, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used. Their processing time applies — usually a few business days.
