U01 is the Barudan format, used on their commercial heads.

U01 runs on Barudan. U01 stores stitches only. The order of colour changes survives, the actual colours do not — use the colour table under the preview as your thread guide.

PNG is what most logos are exported as. Transparent areas stay unstitched — the engine reads the alpha channel and leaves bare fabric where your artwork is empty, instead of filling a box around it.
